the Investigators of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region held a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of events that took place on 31 July 2016 in the town, where, near the night club "Adrenalin" unknown persons dressed in balaclavas, beaten citizens. The specified criminal offense qualified under part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (hooliganism committed with objects designed to inflict bodily harm). Now investigators of Prosecutor's office establish a possible involvement in the crime to law enforcement officers.
