In the Rivne region webinar - a new form of employment service
4 August 2016 the specialists of the Rivne regional employment center has organized a webinar for the basic centers of employment on a Skype connection. WebmáR (a neologism formed by the combination of the words web (eng. "network") and the workshop) is a new employment service which helps to interactively conduct an online seminar on topical issues, it does not need to go to the specialists of the districts in the regional center, to spend time and money. This is not the first such workshop, held at the employment center. Specialists in the same format has started an online conference, meeting with employers, job fairs. The purpose of this webinar was to discuss with experts in remote district centers of employment the regulations work to meet the needs of customers (the sequence of actions and perform the function). When was Volodymyrets, Dubrovitsky, Rokytnivskyi, Bereznovsky district and Kuznetsovsky city CL. From the regional employment center was attended by experts from the departments of employment, organization of vocational training and career guidance. The beginning of the seminar, the Deputy Director of the regional employment center Tatiana Novarock, which focused on new forms of work and set tasks to all professionals actively and to work productively in order to accelerate employment and meet the needs of employers. Head of the Department of employment otsz Vladlena Shevtsova in the form of presentation elaborated on the work of a receptionist who works in the information sector and the first meets of the unemployed. The motto of the administrator should be "to Find a job seeker here and now!" - said V. Shevtsova. He is obliged to promptly inform job seekers of available CL information on job search, show the services of the employment service (touch-screen, computer free access, Internet portals, etc.), if necessary, to help record a video resume, to provide advice on professional training and retraining, to inform the employment center. At the end of the webinar, the experts discussed the pressing issues and outlined solutions to them.
