August 1, 2016 in Ukraine completed the full transition to electronic public procurement across the ProZorro
in Accordance with the decree of the Chairman of regional state administration from 13.11.2015, no. 703 (amended) introduced e-tendering, ranging from 3.0 thousand UAH. at the expense of the regional budget. The Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration carried out monitoring of implementation in the field of e-procurement systems Prozorro in 7 months of 2016. All structural subdivisions of the regional state administration was in the ProZorro electronically. Within 7 months of the year 2016, the savings of means of the regional budget amounted to almost 3.0 million UAH. that is 13.8 % of the planned procurement budget. The greatest percentage of savings in health care and social purpose, which is 21,0%. In General, only within linap.g. budget savings amounted to ìàéæå1,2 million UAH. In addition, according to the district administrations as of 01.08.2016 year 1289 of budgetary institutions, organizations, and institutions of the region connected to the system Prozorro -761 (59%). During the month the number of connections to the system has increased by 121 units. As a result, the number of electronic trades for the month increased 1.5 times 940 of the held electronic bidding against 628 (as 01.07.2016). While under actual expenses on acquisition of goods, works, services -97,16 million UAH. the actual amount of purchases made 82,66 million UAH, that is saving -14,5 mln. (15%).
