In Vinnitsa region implemented about 400 projects of regional development
Another year and a half ago, when the system of State Treasury of Ukraine were unable to make payments, the territorial communities of the region, even having their own accounts, had no real opportunities to materialize them in specific development projects. Now, unlike previous years, Vinnyts'ka oblast resembles a small construction site, where, along with the repair work on the infrastructure, purchase of new equipment, quality equipment and modern furnishings. "According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 24.06.2016, No. 395, for the implementation of specific programmes in the field of socio-economic development of territories of Vinnytsia region allocated 97 million. The effects of this regulation applies to the 146 objects, and at the beginning of August in the local budget has already received 48 million hryvnias of the specified subventions. At the same time, 21 projects for a total amount of 140 million hryvnia now being implemented by the State regional development Fund, - said the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow. Also, according to a regional competition of projects of development of territorial communities, there are 217 projects with a total sum of 13 million hryvnas financed from the regional budget". Moreover, said the head of RSA, thanks to the successfully carried out fiscal decentralization, budgets of the basic level have now significant financial resources, can also be used for the implementation of development programmes. Thus, only the results of the first half of this year, exceeding local budgets of the region amounted to almost UAH 350 million. Overall, therefore, in Vinnytsia oblast are implemented almost 400 investment projects in various spheres of life, which sent about 600 million hryvnias of budgetary funds. And this is not the best evidence that the region is alive and steadily moving forward.
