regional service center of the Ministry of internal Affairs in the Chernivtsi region held a principled conversation on realization of this thesis to life. The protagonists of the meeting were heads of educational establishments of Bukovina of different ownership forms,conducting training, retraining and advanced training of drivers of vehicles. As noted by the head of Department of organizational-enumeration of RSTs Dmytro Martsynyuk, analysis of work of schools certifying the need to make adjustments in the organization of educational process, to warn the heads of agencies from "simplification" of the license of the program of training of candidates for the drivers to exclude it non-transparent processes. This applies, in particular, the training of citizens from other regions, which are then “massively exams”. Identified as the practice of «dead souls", that is, cases where candidate drivers not attending the class but received the admission to the exam. Negative phenomenon is the exit to the city streets in the peak hours of activity traffic training vehicles unprepared for such conditions by the students. Moving with a minimum speed, they create discomfort for road users, force them to cross a solid line. Nervous situation not conducive to practical learning. Therefore, the practical skills of driving, first carefully work out on the racetrack, that is included in the curricula. Given the fact that most driving schools will soon be completed, the terms of the license, a significant part of the meeting was dedicated to the quality preparation of the documents provided for state accreditation of institutions that provide training, retraining and advanced training of drivers of vehicles, and attestation of personnel. Leading specialist of RRC Anatoly Dron, Commissioner against corruption, briefed those present about the responsibility for failure to comply with anti-corruption laws, rose’explained the legal basis for such phenomena as bribery and assured the audience that sooner or later the secret becomes clear, and therefore it is better to refrain from the temptation to circumvent the law. Invited to the meeting asked many practical questions employees of RSC in relation to specific situations in the educational process. It was, in particular, on the work of the instructors who work part-time at multiple schools, using the educational vehicles, other aspects of the licensing requirements. In some cases, the decision to seek the advice of to specialists the main service centre of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine. The results of the meeting were also discussed at the meeting with heads of regional service centers.
