In the Vinnytsia region for illegal logging and waste wood will have to answer according to the law
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management in criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 UK of Ukraine (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position). Pre-trial investigation found that during the development of the territory of Nemirovsky region for detection of illegal felling, transport and marketing of forest products, stopped the car with a towed semi-trailer. The driver of the car was carrying a wood with improperly executed shipping bill of lading, which were transported 67 trunks of wood products of wood "Pine" of different diameters. However, upon examination of the scene established the actual existence of 82 trunks of pine of different diameters. This may indicate embezzlement by officials of forestry wood and about the facts of illegal forest felling. With the aim of securing these exhibits (a ban on their use and disposal with the determination of the place of storage), Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office filed a motion in the district court on the seizure of the car towing trailer and tree trunks, seized during the inspection of the scene. The petition's definition of the investigative judge Nemirovsky district court granted in full. Now measures for establishment of persons which can be involved in the illegal felling of forest and embezzlement by officials of forest products and the collection of sufficient evidence to pred’phenomenon relevant persons of suspicion. Conducted necessary investigative and procedural actions, including with respect to establishing the exact amount of damages by assigning the relevant examinations.
