In the Rivne region from the beginning of the year in the residential sector there were 15 thousand fires 887
the Daily divisions of gschs of Ukraine liquidated hundreds of fires throughout the country, a large proportion of which occurs in the residential sector. Since the beginning of the year in Ukraine there were 39 155 thousand fires, of which 15 thousand 887 – in the residential sector. In 2016, the fires have already killed 932 people and affected 701 face. Usually the cause of fires in the residential sector is the human factor, namely, the neglect of elementary rules of fire and, first and foremost, its own security. Therefore, with the aim of preventing the occurrence of fires and other emergencies in the residential sector employees of the rescue Services in conjunction with professionals from social services, representatives of local authorities, volunteers with the involvement of representatives of mass media systematically conduct outreach activities, during which to communicate with citizens about the need to respect the rules of fire safety in the home. In particular, within a few days, there was a RAID preventive working off of the residential sector in Kirovohrad, Chernivtsi, Poltava regions. Employees of gschs told citizens the basic rules of fire safety in the home, concerning the safe use of electrical and gas appliances, emphasized the inadmissibility of incineration of garbage, dry vegetation near homes and commercial buildings, barns and trees ' wooden fences, and gave them the amp’tents and leaflets with warning content. Because now the summer holidays and the children are sometimes home alone without adult supervision, lifeguards reminded parents that the safety of the younger generation depends on their upbringing and conscious relationship to the basic rules of fire safety. Experts SSES noted that it is impossible to leave children without supervision, you must keep matches and lighters out of the reach of kids, to tell them about the dangers posed by fire. Similar raids will be carried out further to reduce the number of fires in the residential sector, training of population in fire safety regulations. Dear citizens! Remember: almost every fire can be prevented! To do this, be sure to discuss the family not only measures to prevent a fire, but the order of actions in case of occurrence: method of calling fire and rescue service, evacuation of children, the fire at initial stage, safe routes of exit from the premises.
