In its work the Commission is guided by the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 29, 2015 No. 300 "About approval of the procedure of use of funds envisaged in the state budget for financial support for the activities in the agricultural sector through cheaper loans." On the depreciation of Bank loans for agricultural producers of Vinnytsia region brought the annual volume of budget allocations in the amount of 24, 1 million UAH. Priority in receiving reimbursement, have small agricultural enterprises with a net income of up to UAH 10 million. and businesses that contain cattle. Currently held 3 meetings of the competition Committee. Decisions of the competition Commission in the register of companies entitled to the receipt of budget funds under the program reduce the cost of loans included 29 agricultural enterprises. The amount of loans borrowed by these enterprises is around 844 mln. At the meeting of the Commission held on 9 August 2016, under the chairmanship of the Director of the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration Mykola NERICA considered the package of documents 5 agricultural enterprises with the amount of attracted credits of 12.2 mln. The amount of compensation by these companies in 2016 is about 400 thousand UAH. As agricultural producers of the region offset by Bank interest in the amount of 11.2 mln.
