In the Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office insists on the return to the educational institution on 22 hectares of land
Held in Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office to study the legality of alienation of property of children's institutions of the region established that contrary to requirements of the current legislation officials Akushinskogo village Council of Vinnytsia region, the decision of the session, terminated the right of permanent use of the state educational institution " Vocational school ¹ 7 Vinnytsia city" of the land area of nearly 22 hectares than entailed heavy consequences. On the specified fact in eRDR included information on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of power or official position which entailed heavy consequences).
