In 2007, there began the construction of the water supply system from the Suvorovsky water intake. The total cost of the works amounted to UAH 9.5 million, of which 7.5 million UAH. – from the state budget and nearly UAH 2 million. – co-financing from Tulchyn city and district budgets. The lion's share of funds came to the community last year, and already on 10 August the water supply was inaugurated. To congratulate Tulchin residents with long-awaited event for the opening ceremony was attended by Chairman of regional state administration Valeriy Cow, people's Deputy of Ukraine Ivan Knotweed, heads of district and city. "Actually, it's your big win - all the inhabitants of Tulchin. The conditions in which the country is very difficult to overestimate the role played by such events. Cutting together with the guests of the festival a symbolic ribbon head of the Vinnytsia region wished the inhabitants of Tulchin of positivity, joy and kindness.
