Vinnicchina: the prosecution of measures are being taken to return to state ownership of land from the illegal use of
the Prosecutor's office in the interests of the Main Department of Derzeitiger in the Vinnitsa region stated the claim for the return of the state land reserve with an area of 212 hectares, worth 5.2 million USD. It is established that the village Council in Pogrebischenske district, exceeding its powers, this year, adopted an illegal decision on granting two individuals to rent 212 hectares of farmland, which are located outside of the settlement. As a result of these unlawful actions, the state was deprived of the right to use these plots. According to the articles 84, 122 of the Land code of Ukraine to dispose of such lands have only bodies of Derzeitiger.
