In the Zhytomyr region in the cultivation of flax and buckwheat is possible to get a refund
Zhytomyr region farmers who grow flax and buckwheat, as well as the production of organic products, will be able to get a refund from the regional budget. The solution of session of regional Council dated 21 July approved the procedure for use of funds under the Program of development of agroindustrial complex of Zhytomyr region for 2016-2020. In 2016 allocated and approved expenditure in this direction in the amount of 4.85 million. The program provides for the use of special budget subsidies from the regional budget allocated to agricultural enterprises for cultivation of flax in the amount of 2.0 million hryvnias (at the rate of 2000 UAH per 1 ha), special fiscal subsidies for the cultivation of buckwheat for grain in the sum of 1,8 million UAH (300 UAH per 1 ha), for the partial reimbursement of cost of certification of organic production and the partial reimbursement of the cost of organic seed material of agricultural enterprises in the amount of 1.0 million hryvnia, and for providing soft loans to individual rural developers dedicated to 0.05 million. 112 economic entities that are engaged in the cultivation of buckwheat, this year, made a planting of buckwheat under crop on an area of 8.9 hectares. In 16 farms of the region conducted the sowing of flax and flax-Curley on the area of 3.1 thousand hectares. Joint order of the Chairpersons of the regional state administration and regional Council created the Commission on provision and usage of subventions from the regional budget is directed to agricultural enterprises for the cultivation of buckwheat grain, flax and the partial reimbursement of the cost of certification of organic production and the partial reimbursement of the cost of organic seed material of agricultural enterprises.
