Zhytomyr: introduction in the area of centralized system of appointment and payment of pensions

According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region from August 1, 2016, the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the field actively creates a new system of service of citizens and processing of pension documentation on the base of centralized information technology. The main purpose of this system is the introduction of automated processing of data and documents ensuring maximum accessibility for citizens to services offered by the Fund, regardless of their place of residence, the provision of services without the need for direct application to the bodies of the Foundation, minimizing service time and maximum avoidance of the human factor in the award of pensions. For pension purposes a person will provide the employee with the Pension Fund of the original documents (passport, employment history, other necessary documents) to be scanned (digitized) and on the basis of which is formed of the electronic pension file. The employee Pension Fund will be completed in electronic form application for appointment of pensions, and printed, and a person who is granted a pension, only to put his signature on the statement. Electronic pension file, which will be the pension documents, all calculations in the appointment and recalculation of pensions, and will be the main archive that is protected from external interference. It is also assumed that retirees will be able at any time via the Internet to consult the data of your pension business. The new system analyzes the ability of a pension for all the options, are entitled to a specific retiree. People will not need to write an application for the appointment of a particular type of pension, we need only mention that he claims the pension in the most advantageous size.
