Jmerinsky Conducted by the local Prosecutor's office monitor the observance of the budgetary legislation of the educational institutions of the district Barsky found that in the month of September 2013 – June 2014, officials of the State educational institution " Barska professional construction Lyceum», abusing official position, appropriated the money that was assessed as a scholarships one of the students of the above institution. On the specified fact in eRDR included information on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Additionally, the sanction of part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for a term up to n ' five years, or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
