Welcoming the participants on behalf of the Chairman of regional state administration Vasily Pivovar noted that the construction industry of the region is traditionally agricultural region, retains a sufficiently high potential, undergoing rapid development and significant achievements. "The construction industry is an indicator of economic development of the territory, region, state,- said Deputy Chairman of regional state administration In the field laid the foundations for the construction of new factories, reconstruction of existing productions and continues to work actively for the construction of housing – at this moment on the street. More detail on the achievements of the construction industry of the region stopped in his speech, the Director of the construction Department of urban planning and architecture of regional state administration Dmitry Romanchenko. According to him, in 2016 in Vinnytsia region observed the consistently high rate of construction works. And over half of 2016, enterprises and organizations of the region at the expense of all sources of financing of construction works at the amount of 777 million UAH. The volume of work performed, the region took the 8th place among the regions of Ukraine. Updated health institutions that until the end of the year planned to carry out construction works in the amount of 89.9 million UAH. As 01.07.2016 the city has already renovated 52 primary schools in the amount of 3.2 mln. and the objects of the secondary element is repairs worth 5.2 mln. With the involvement of budget funds of all levels of completed construction and reconstruction of the 20 educational institutions in the total amount 78,2 mln. including 8 pre-school educational institutions for 320 people and 12 schools on the 404-seat. Do not remain without attention objects of culture and sports: reconstructed Yampolskaya children's music school; open multi-purpose field with synthetic turf in Bar; to the Independence Day of Ukraine is planned the opening of the reconstructed Museum of Mykola Leontovych in sec.Markivka Teplice district. Celebrated its housewarming in the new building of Vinnytsia city center of social-psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with functional limitations "Harmony". The new building is fully adapted for people in wheelchairs. Dmitry Romanchenko also stressed that improving the investment attractiveness, increase of volumes of investments into the economy and creating new jobs is one of the important tasks facing the Vinnytsia region: "The regional state administration accompanied by the introduction of about 100 long-term investment projects in the industrial and agricultural sector of the economy. Create a new production capacity of a large modern enterprises which, thanks to the quality of their own products known not only in Ukraine but also far beyond its borders. All this gives confidence in further development of the construction industry in achieving a new, even more powerful results",- said the official. On the occasion of the professional holiday the best builders, designers, engineers, and contractors of the region gave letters of commendation of regional state administration and regional Council, the differences of the relevant Department.
