In addition, Miroslav Klima noticed that three years have seen dramatic changes in both Lutsk and Volyn. He noted that actively continues the construction of the city, improving infrastructure. According to him, the city government tries to create conditions so that all national minorities have equal opportunities for development. The participants of the meeting discussed the issues of decentralization and its impact on the development of the territorial community, the economic situation in the Volyn region, the implementation of energy-saving technologies. Consul General of the Czech Republic in Lviv Miroslav Klima noted that Lutsk has partnered with the city of Kyjov. He said he would recommend to his successor to pay attention to this issue and encourage cooperation.
