Changes in the Regulations of the Chernihiv city Council
members of the city Council approved modifications and additions to the Regulations of the Chernihiv city Council of VII convocation. So, the deputies consider it appropriate to present part four of article 26 of the Regulations of the Chernihiv city Council VII convocation, in the new edition: "4. Adopted by the standing committees of the observations, conclusions and proposals to the draft decisions summarized in a comparative table, or a generalized register of offers (the Protocol), annexed to the draft decision for consideration at the plenary session. Also, article 26 of the Regulations of the Chernihiv city Council VII convocation augmented fifth part of the following content: "5. The observations, conclusions and proposals to the draft decision that do not contain the position of the permanent Commission on the admissibility of the draft decision or do not reflect specific amendments or additions to the draft decision, are not included in the comparison table or in a generic register of offers (Protocol)". In accordance with paragraph 1 of part 1 of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine" exclusively at the plenary meetings of the city Council approves the rules of the Council. Currently, there is a need to improve certain aspects of content and design comments, opinions and suggestions to the draft decisions, set out in the Rules of the Chernihiv city Council of VII convocation. According to deputies, the adoption of this decision will increase the quality of elaboration of draft decisions of the Council in the parliamentary committees and members of the city Council.
