regional service center of the Ministry of internal Affairs in the Chernivtsi region held a meeting-workshop with leading experts, leading experts-administrators, operators a computer's computer support staff on issues of providing citizens with quality services. As noted by the Deputy Director of the Regional service centre of the Ministry of internal Affairs in the Chernivtsi region, Sergei Sushinsky, the meeting is a part of the personnel of the RSTs who have direct contact with citizens, and therefore the conscientious performance of official duties’relations officials — it is a prerequisite of quality service in General. Attention to customer needs, courtesy, tact, unconditional compliance with current legislation in the work — that "not negotiable" and implemented. For directions service centers presentations were made by the head of the Department of registration and examination work and interaction with the sub’objects of management Dmytro Martsynyuk, heads of sectors: staffing and communications’public relations — Hope Cobra, information security — Vitaly Svitaylo, leading specialist of the sector for monitoring and control of activities of service centers Anatoly Dron. A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to specific practical situations that arise during registration, re-registration of vehicles, registration of contracts of sale, in particular, in electronic form, the issuance of the duplicate license plates, driver's licenses, during the examination of vehicles in other episodes daily office practices of people responsible for decisions, and hence for the formation of a positive image of a modern service. In the same context, it was about the observance of the anticorruption legislation and rules of ethical conduct. RSC specialists answered numerous questions from the audience, and discussed situations that require coordination of action between those who directly provides the service, and who is responsible for the service as a whole. It is assumed that such meetings with the analysis of the fieldwork, identifying and resolving problems will occur in the future.
