Manevitskiy local Prosecutor's office during the examination of compliance with social and property rights of minors in the district established the presence in the area of orphans and children deprived of parental care, who this year graduated from the school, but still have not received one-time cash assistance under the Law of Ukraine "On ensuring organizational and legal conditions for social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care". Therefore, the local Prosecutor has addressed in court with statements of claim to protect the interests of the two children. Prosecutors require the Department of education Manevitskiy district administration to accrue and pay provisions of the law on the assistance to minors of graduates – resident Manevich, whose parents are deprived of parental rights, and Nebraska resident of the village of Manevychi district, whose parents had died. According to the law, the assistance is available to all graduates of schools from among children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, in the amount of not less than six times the subsistence minimum for persons of the corresponding age.
