Chernigov: New street name Cusco – "Friendly"

New street name is associated with the tragic events in February 1943 - rebellion in the camp of prisoners of war, which in historical and regional literature known as "Cuska tragedy." During this uprising of the fascist invaders destroyed many of the rebels prisoners, and burned a large part of the village Acevo. But residents of the street Cusco categorically spoke out against the new name of the street, arguing their opposition to the fact that this name is associated by the people of the city cemetery "Acevo and funeral. Besides, it is topographically located near the said cemetery.
