Ternopil regional state administration invites you to a seminar on implementation of the European principle of " Think Small First

a Workshop on introduction of effective methods of analysis of the impact and tracking the impact of the regulatory act will take place August 19 at 10.00 am. in the conference hall of the hotel-restaurant complex "AVALON" (the city of Ternopil, vul. This event is organized by Ternopil regional state administration with the support of the State regulatory service of Ukraine and USAID Leadership in economic Radovan" in the framework of realization of strategy of development of small and medium enterprises in Ternopil region for 2016-2020. The seminar will be held for representatives of local Executive authorities, bodies of local self-government, which is responsible for developing draft regulatory acts, as well as representatives of business associations, with a total number of 80 participants. The introduction of a new for Ukraine regulatory tool M-test will contribute to the organization and consolidation of civil society, establishment of democratic ways to influence public acceptance of regulatory decisions and will lead to higher financial opportunities of small and micro business by reducing the cost of unnecessary regulation. Unique as for regulatory instruments, the ability of the G-Test to provide a measurable (numeric) information makes the ARV on evidence-based document that allows you to select the best of the proposed alternatives. The basis of the M-Test is a method of calculating the standard costs of small businesses for the performance of a specific regulatory act.
