Findspecial Vinnytsia region for January – July 2016, provided the reimbursement of losses in excess of 15 million UAH
During January – July 2016 the experts of state financial inspection in Vinnytsia region have provided the elimination of violations which led to losses of financial and material resources in the amount of 15.1 million. According to the results of control activities and heads of local authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations took 77 management decisions. According to the materials of audits and checks of law enforcement bodies started 22 pre-trial investigation and presented two written notice of suspicion in committing a criminal offence. In 42 cases in institutions during audits which identify violations, apply such sanctions as suspension of budget allocations, the stop of operations with budgetary funds and reduction of budget allocations. For committed financial irregularities 159 officials were brought to administrative responsibility, the 48 – disciplinary and material, and 6 people were dismissed from their posts. In addition, with the aim of preventing and combating legalization (laundering) of income obtained by criminal means, the State service for financial monitoring sent information on revealed financial transactions subject to financial monitoring, for a total amount of more than 12.6 million.
