Chernivtsi: the contest for the vacant position of the chief specialist
"Chernivtsi mayor, in accordance with article 10 of the law of Ukraine "On service in local governments", reported about the 8: 30 hour. 15 September 2016 in KAB. No. 202 in the premises of Chernivtsi city Council (Chernivtsi, Central square, 1), the competition for the vacant position of the chief specialist of Department of social service of invalids, veterans of war and labor management of social protection of the Shevchenko district Department of labor and social protection of population of Chernivtsi city Council (for the period of leave to care for a child up to the age of the primary worker). In accordance with the rules of the contest and in accordance with Standard professional and qualification characteristics of the positions set eligibility conditions for candidates for the position: the citizenship of Ukraine, higher education on educational-qualification level of specialist, master's degree, work experience in the specialty in the service of local authorities or public service for at least 1 year or experience in the specialty in other fields of management not less than 3 years. Individuals who meet the basic eligibility requirements and wish to participate in the contest, submit to tender Commission following documents: * an application for participation in the competition, which indicated to the inquirer established by the legislation restrictions on the admission to service in bodies of local self-government and of military service; * completed a personal card (form P-2ÄÑ) with annexes; * 1 photo size 3 x 4 cm; * documents on education; * A Declaration of assets, income, expenses and obligations of financial character for last year in the manner prescribed by the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption"; * passport of citizen of Ukraine; * certificate of assignment of identification number; * written consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On personal data protection"; * military ID (for military personnel or reservists); * copy of employment record. Candidates admitted to participation in competition, pass an exam on knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On service in local governments", "On prevention of corruption", other legislative and normative-legal acts taking into account the specifics of the functional powers. Information on specific functional responsibilities and conditions of work provided by the personnel service additionally.
