In the main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Volyn region summed up the results for the half year
In Lutsk the joint management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Volyn region 16.08.2016 held a meeting on summarizing the work of the joint control for the first half of 2016, in which took part the Deputy of the mayor Sergey Grigorenko and head of the main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Volyn region Petro Filipchuk. During the meeting issues were discussed: status of implementation of planned targets on receipt of funds in the budget of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the reduction of arrears to the Fund, the measures for the legalization of employment of the population and increase of level of payment of labour; about the state pension and further pension system reform, improving the quality of services, introduction of efficient technologies of administration and increase the transparency of the pension system in the first half of 2016; the state of the organization of legal work in the United management; on the implementation of the requirements of anticorruption legislation in the United control; status of the organization works on capacity-building, the status of implementation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On cleaning power" in the combined management. During the reporting period the work of the specialists of the administration was aimed at ensuring stable funding and timely payment of pensions, execution of planned targets on receipt of funds in the budget of the Pension Fund, the implementation of efficient technologies of administration and increase the transparency of the pension system. Registered in Lutsk the joint management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Volyn region is 64271 retired, including on the account in the city of Lutsk is 50546 pensioners; in Lutsk district, 13725 pensioners. Own revenues to the management since the beginning of the year amounted to 8373,97 thousand UAH, or 160,2 % of planned figures (target's own revenues is 5227,17 ths.). The funds received for payment of actual expenses on payment and delivery of privileged pensions, repayment of debt on payment of insurance premiums on obligatory state pension insurance. Positive factors that influenced the flow of own revenues in 2016 in the budget of the Fund is the growth of the wage Fund, which charged a single social contribution and the number of employees. So, in may 2016, the wage Fund amounted to 325310,0 thousand UAH in comparison with January of 2016, it increased by 48154.3 thousand or 17.4 %. The average number of employees is 01.07.2016 88271 people, in comparison with the beginning of 2016, it has increased by 860 people. As 01.07.2016 year, the arrears in payments according to the Law of Ukraine “On compulsory state pension insurance” is 9044,9 thousand UAH, including arrears of insurance contributions for obligatory state pension insurance is 5354,8 thousand UAH on payment of financial sanctions 1070,5 thousand UAH, the payment of fines 2619,6 thousand. With the goal of better serving the citizens attention was drawn to cooperation with the social partners. Summing up the meeting, chief of Department Peter Filipchuk and the Deputy of the mayor Sergey Grigorenko agreed on holding inter-Agency meetings with the Executive authorities on the issues of social protection, with regard to the correct assignment/allocation of pensions, in particular cooperation with the Department of social policy of inspections. The meeting will be prepared by appropriate orders with the definition of the directions of work of the joint control in the second half of 2016.
