,August 18, at the Government House held a conference call pedagogical online conference "About the development of preschool, General secondary, extracurricular, and vocational-technical education in the 2015/2016 academic year and tasks for the 2016/2017 academic year." In the regional Studio of "Ukrtelecom" part in the pedagogical conference took part: the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow, Deputy Chairman-Director of the Department of education and science of regional state administration Igor Ivasyuk heads and experts of education authorities of the region and city, heads of higher educational institutions and vocational training institutions, representatives of education trade unions and CM1. The conference was held under the chairmanship of the First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv, with the participation of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Vyacheslav Kyrylenko and Minister of education and science of Ukraine, Lilia Grinevich. Among the main issues that were raised during the teaching conference was the presentation of the ideology of the reform of secondary education which will begin operating in 2018, the Concept of a "New Ukrainian school" was presented by the Minister of education and science of Ukraine Liliya Hrynevych: "Our goal is for every child to have access to quality education. The success of Ukraine to build a society formed of the circle, because every child, regardless of her abilities, has a right to success in life, the maximum opening of its own abilities which can offer quality education," stressed Lilia Hrynevych. The Minister noted that the reform aimed to make the graduate competitive in the 21st century - to release from school well-rounded, capable of critical thinking integrated personality, a patriot with an active attitude, innovator, able to change the world and to learn throughout life. "It was important for us to create strong schools as those that have branches schools with a low level, where children of elementary, Junior, primary and secondary schools. But kids in high school should have access to quality education in classrooms with highly qualified teachers. In General, the created 142 supporting schools in Ukraine. Most schools have created in Kirovograd and Kyiv regions", According to the Minister, Vinnytsia oblast ranks third in the number of created reference schools. Now in Vinnytsia oblast was created on 13 them. Therefore, the next important task for managers is to ensure the transportation of pupils by supporting schools, and so – purchase a sufficient number of school buses and the repair of roads taking into account the routes of transportation of pupils. According to the Department of education and science of the regional state administration, as of August 18 in Vinnytsia region purchased nine school buses: three ? in Lipovetsky and bar areas, two ? Trostyanets and one ? in Bershadski. Also conducted competitive bidding in nine education departments of regional state administrations for the purchase of 20 school buses in the amount of 24 million 720,5 thousand UAH. Announcement placed on the purchase of 17 buses in the amount of 22 million 700 thousand UAH. In General, as reported during SNO video conference, the Minister of education and science of Ukraine Liliya Hrynevych, this year the Government has allocated for purchase of buses 600 million UAH. "The local budgets provided 347,8 million. That is less than was allocated by the Government. Although initially it was 50 to 50, then we went to meet the local authorities and made a 70 to 30. However, this potential is unused to the end. Purchased 130 buses, but that's not enough, we need at least 150 buses ? the Minister noted.
