the results of studying the state of legality in the sphere of environmental protection determined that state ecoinspection in the territory Paprocanskie forestry recorded untimely and unsatisfactory cleaning of the place of timber harvesting on the area of 0,2 hectares, charging the cost of timber from 1 ha – 3708,57 UAH, boundary tree damaged to the extent of termination of growth of breed beech. Similar violations were also found on site Gdesk, N. Wordimage, V. Volovetsky, N. Volovets, Pasick forestry. Thus, GP "Volovetsky forestry" damage to the specified village councils, totaling over 100 thousand UAH. Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office in interests of the state in the face of the state ecological Inspectorate and councils stated a claim in economic court of the Transcarpathian region about collecting of the caused losses. Now above-mentioned claim is pending in the commercial court of the Transcarpathian region.
