We are talking about the centralized procurement of fuel, paper, and other supplies, spare parts and tires, computer equipment, services of repair and technical maintenance of transportation and computer equipment and the like. According to the calculations of the Department of economic development of the city, by combining the lots will be achieved a significant reduction in prices and budget savings. Also the centralised procurement professionals, who are engaged in it constantly, will reduce the number of cancelled tenders. It is no secret that the legislation in the sphere of procurement by tendering is rather complicated and specific. And often densely managers of budgetary funds in the preparation of documents and these procedures allow for some mistakes, resulting in the purchase not happening. The unit will consist of 5 experts including the head. It is planned that the unit will start to work within one month.
