Chernivtsi: Cooperation with authorities in order to increase receipts in the budget of the Pension Fund of the region
to ensure timely payments to pensioners and protect the rights of insured persons by bodies of the Pension Fund of the region established cooperation with authorities, social partners, territorial agencies of the State fiscal service on provision of receipts of own incomes in the budget of the Fund. In the search for reserves of additional revenue payments to the budget of the Pension Fund on a permanent basis is the analysis of the evolution of the wage Fund and number of employees. The negative trends in wages and employment informed local authorities, regulatory authorities and trade Union organizations of the region. Is working to identify entities that do not provide employees a minimum of social guarantees on wages. The results of the analysis of statements of policyholders and lists of employers who pay employees less than the statutory minimum level, monthly sent to the authorities for appropriate response and hearing from the heads of such enterprises at the meetings of the working groups on legalization of wages and employment. The priority direction in work of managements of the Pension Fund of the region is the legalization of wages, to this end, employees of the offices of the Fund for January-July 2016 prepared materials and participated in the 71 joint meeting with the social partners on the issues of observance by employers of labour legislation, where heard 305 employers whose 1767 employees get paid less than the minimum size. The results of these hearings 139 employers raised wages to 829 workers to a minimum level. The composition of the working groups on legalization of wages and the legalization of employment of employees of the Fund participated in conducting surveys 702 63 639 legal and physical persons – entrepreneurs on compliance with labor legislation. The result of cooperation with authorities and regulatory authorities is the reduction in area in comparison with the beginning of the year number of employers accrue wage employees less than the minimum size at 690 employers and employees by 1.5 thousand persons. Measures to prevent and debts repayment on payments in the budget of the Pension Fund. With the participation of the employees of the offices of the Fund and debtors 37 held extended meetings with district state administrations, prepared materials and participated in 77 meetings of the Commission on questions of repayment of debt, which heard the 188 managers of debtor companies and individuals-entrepreneurs. Thanks to the cooperation with authorities and territorial bodies of the State fiscal service ensured the execution of the target task on receipt of its own income to 103,0 per cent.
