Chernivtsi: the Payment of "foreign" pensions
On the implementation of international treaties concluded by Ukraine with foreign States for the period from 01.01.2016 on 31.07.2016 in the region of 85 prepared sets of documents for the implementation of the rights of individuals to pensions. For the purpose of foreign pensions and acknowledgement of the insurance experience acquired abroad, directed 35 forms. At the request of the competent authorities of foreign States filled forms 49. Assigned to 5 of pensions, and made 6 decisions on refusal in appointment of the Ukrainian part of the pension according to the statements of persons residing abroad. Received 3 forms-confirmation of insurance purchased abroad, to account when deciding on appointment (recalculation) of pensions according to the legislation of Ukraine, 15 decisions on the appointment and 13 decisions on refusal in appointment of a foreign pension. The international cooperation of the Pension Fund of Ukraine are directed 6 pension cases to arrange the transfer of the pension at the new place of residence abroad. During January-July of 2016, the transfer of pensions, appointed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Bulgaria, carried out 64 to persons who reside on the territory of Chernivtsi region, totaling 878,9 thousand UAH.
