So 22.08.2016 Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor's office together with the staff of Mogilev-Podol Department of police of the Main Directorate of the National police in Vinnytsia region, during carrying out the authorized search in order of the investigating judge in criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under article 203-2 p. 1 UK of Ukraine (occupation gambling), in the basement of St. Stawiski, in the town of Mogilev-Podolsky discovered and seized the equipment of the gaming industry, namely: 10 slot machines, system unit, monitor, and documents of financial-economic activity. In addition, discovered and seized fiscal receipts transfer of funds obtained as a result of this illegal activity, other items and materials confirming the fact of illegal occupation of gambling business. Currently, in the framework of criminal proceedings Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor's office carried out procedural management and investigative (search) actions with the purpose of comprehensive, full and impartial investigation of the circumstances of the criminal offense, the persons involved in the organization of activity of a gambling institution.
