At the invitation of the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cows to participate in the celebration of the 25 th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region there has arrived delegation of the Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship of the Republic of Poland. The composition of the Polish delegation were : Marshal of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship Adam Jarubas, Camarsac Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship Jan Mackov Yak, Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Vinnytsia Tomas Olejniczak. During the official meeting, which took place on August 23 in the regional state administration, leaders of the region discussed with Polish colleagues the prospects of further cooperation. The Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow briefed the delegation members on the main achievements of the Vinnytsia region in recent times and outlined the overall political situation in the region and the state. The head of the region noted that Vinnytsia region is an important aspect of learning from the practical experience of Poland on decentralization and devolution of powers, local government reform, European integration and the attraction of grant funds of the EU. "We are now in a unique stage when power begins to provide services. However, if in Poland it took over the municipality, we have these powers assumes the district authority, as the process of voluntary Association of communities has just begun.
