the Prosecutor's office is appealing the appeal verdict of Kovel district court, which is master of production training of Kovel educational item, member of the state qualification Committee of Volyn regional center of training, retraining and advanced training APK has been found guilty of receiving improper benefits. For a positive decision of a question on reception of the certificate on assignment of qualification of a tractor-driver of agricultural production A1 the master received from the citizen 2000 UAH. Court sentence for committing a criminal offense under part 1 St. 368 Criminal code of Ukraine, he was sentenced to a fine in the amount of 1000 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens (UAH 17 thousand.) with deprivation of the right 2 years to occupy organizational-administrative posts, floor’connected with the educational process of training, retraining and advanced training of agroindustrial complex.
