City mayor Mykola Romaniuk congratulated the members of Lutsk city TPO “UTOS” on the occasion of the 25 th anniversary of independence of Ukraine
on the Day of State Flag of Ukraine, in the Palace of culture in Lutsk city held a solemn meeting of the Board of Lutsk city territorial primary organization of the Ukrainian blind society (UTOS), dedicated to the 25 th anniversary of independence of Ukraine. Members of the society welcomed the city mayor Mykola Romanyuk, Chairman of the Board UAB Yuri], associate Professor of philosophy SLEEP Leonid Kondrashov. The official part began with the national Anthem of Ukraine. Leonid Kondrashov in his welcome speech focused on the major historical aspects of Ukrainian statehood. He also noted that since the time of the Cossacks to Ukrainian Cossacks is a symbol of the struggle of Ukrainian people for their independence. So, we have all the prerequisites to become full-fledged members of the European community. City mayor Mykola Romaniuk, first of all congratulated all those present on the Day of State flag of Ukraine. “I sincerely hope that all the Ukrainian blue and yellow flag waved over our country for many years. Also on behalf of the city Council and from myself personally I congratulate you on the independence Day of Ukraine. I wish you good health and prosperity to you and your families. I want to wish all of us to the following Independence Day we met under the peaceful Ukrainian sky,” he added. On the occasion of the mayor's Commendation was awarded to the society member Eugene Simonovich. The members of the Board UAB thanked the mayor and city authorities for their support of the choir "Forest song" Lutsk, mtpo UTOS, which is called "folk Amateur choir".
