law Enforcement bodies of the city of Moscow in the framework of the open criminal proceedings continues to struggle with gambling institutions in the territory of the regional center. Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office, together with the staff of the Vinnytsia police Department and employees of the Department of internal security DVB Vinnytsia region state of emergency of Ukraine, conducted another special operation on revealing and suppression of activity of the institutions which provided services in the field of illegal gambling in the regional center. During carrying out the authorized search in a gambling establishment located in the district of “cherry” identified and seized 17 units of the computer’computers, documents of gambling institution, “black book” and almost 7000 hryvnia illegally obtained profits. On the basis of the evidence collected to the administrator of the gambling establishment it is declared suspicion in the Commission of a crime under part 1 of Art. 203-2 of the criminal code of Ukraine and the issue of the election of that person of measures of restraint in form of detention. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds, law enforcement authorities take measures to identify the organizers of the activity of the specified establishments.
