Deputies of the Lutsk city Council unanimously adopted a decision on cooperation with the Priluki rural Parliament
Deputies gathered at a plenary meeting of the 12th session of city Council. The agenda included 136 questions. In the beginning of the session, the MPs observed a minute of silence participant of the revolution of dignity, combatants Herasymchuk Andrei Yurevich, which on August 23 was in a car accident, died yesterday from severe injuries. Then Mykola Romaniuk was awarded the Gratitude of the mayor on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of independence of Ukraine, deputies Paul Danilchuk and Taras Nobleman who for valid reasons were absent at the ceremony to mark the anniversary of the state. The first deputies considered the question of granting the consent on cooperation of territorial communities of the city of Lutsk with Priluki village Board. The Deputy of the mayor Sergey Grigorenko argued the importance of this historical decision for both communities. He explained that the cooperation of the applicable legislation is defined as a relationship between two or more territorial communities, which are carried out on a contractual basis in specific legal forms to ensure socio-economic and cultural development of territories, improvement of quality of rendering services to the population on the basis of common interests and goals, effective execution by local authorities of certain statutory powers. According to him, the decision will allow to regulate relations of legal, economic, social and organizational nature concerning cooperation between the Priluki village Council of Kivertsi district and the city of Lutsk. He also noted that the decision of Lutsk city Council of a decision on granting the consent to cooperation is the basis for the mayor to start negotiations between the potential subjects of the cooperation on the organization and establishment of the Commission for the preparation of a draft agreement on cooperation. Sergei Grigorenko focused on the fact that in pryluts'ke is the area for the potential development of infrastructure, which is important for luck, and the residents of their communities are interested in improving medical care, providing administrative services, transportation, road repairs. These problems will perhaps be more efficiently addressed through joint efforts. Prilutsky village Chairman, Artsybasov Valentin A. Lutsky informed the representatives of the community that the majority of the deputies and residents support the initiative on cooperation of territorial communities. Deputies of the Lutsk city Council Grigory Pustovit, Arkadi Solomatin, Pavel danilchuk, Taras Nobleman, Nicholas Gender, Nicholas fedyk, Andriy Kozyura in their speeches noted that this decision will benefit both communities and be an example for other communities who are also planning to join the Lutsk. City mayor Mykola Romaniuk thanked the deputies and all the members of the territorial community, who think about the future and intend to unite.
