In the Rivne region, the Prosecutor's office initiates the return of the state and the educational institution 95 hectares of land worth over UAH 4 million
Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast instituted in the commercial court of Rivne region the claim in interests of the state represented by the Ministry of education and science of the invalidation of the contract, which illegally transferred to the use of a land plot with a total area of 95 hectares worth over UAH 4 million. It was found that this land was provided for permanent use vocational-technical educational institution solely for research and educational purposes. However, without the permission of the relevant Ministry and contrary to the requirements of the legislation and the intended purpose of the land, its school illegally transferred under the contract to use a private structure for entrepreneurial activities. In this regard, with the aim of protecting the interests of the state Prosecutor's office has taken steps representative character regarding the invalidation of the said Treaty and return land to the state.
