The Prosecutor's office demands in a judicial order of return to the state of land with an area of 800 hectares worth more than 26 million UAH
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast instituted in the court the claim in interests of the state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration about recognition invalid lease contracts of land worth more than 26 million UAH. We are talking about 800 hectares of land to forestry, located on the territory of the village Council Velikolepetiski Volodymyrets district. In particular it is established that the lease agreement concluded in 2005 between the local authorities and private enterprise, contrary to the requirements of Laws of Ukraine "On valuation of lands" and "On land lease", because his opinion was not held normative monetary evaluation of land. These violations of the law led to a significant shortfall of funds in the budget. At the same time, measures to protect the interests of the state regional authorities are not accepted, in connection with which the violations of the legislation in the sphere of land relations, just learning about them, he responded to the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
