In Vinnytsia customs DFS has held working meeting on issues of implementation of the principle of “Single window”
Days in Vinnytsia customs DFS (in the city of Vinnitsa and Mogilev-Podolsky) working meetings were held with officials from state agencies directly involved in sanitary-and-epidemiologic, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, ecological, radiological control of goods transported across the customs border of Ukraine in accordance with the Procedure of information exchange, approved by Resolution of CMU dated 25.05.2016, No. 364. During the meetings the sides discussed the features of the application software and issues arising in the implementation of the principle of "Single window". Deputy head of Vinnytsia customs DFS – head of WBMP Nicholas Krivoruchko noted that the principle of "single window" introduced with the aim of increasing the investment attractiveness of our state to facilitate the implementation of foreign economic activities of bona fide business entities. However, regardless of the modes of filing (paper, electronic) should be proper control over observance of legislation and the implementation of suppression of attempts of illegal movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine. In turn, head of it Department in Vinnytsia customs DFS Elena Gavrilova introduced the 3 components of the software work on the principle of "Single window"(the declarant – state authorities – customs), showed a training video prepared by the SFS of Ukraine. Present at the events, representatives of the customs post, Department of customs control organization answered the questions of the applicants and representatives of government agencies. Following the meeting agreements were reached to intensify the work aimed at the application of the principle of "single window".
