Volyn region Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings for attempted smuggling of especially dangerous drug, the perfect 22-year resident of Rozhischensky district. 05 Feb this year man during a border crossing through the customs post " Yagodin” tried to move to the Republic of Poland, with concealment from customs control, especially dangerous drug-marihuana. Now he is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 15, part 2 St. 305 Criminal code of Ukraine. His fate will be decided by the court.
