During the meeting, Yaroslav Matveev reported that the vast majority of garages are installed in violation of, and the area where they are is public property, therefore, in order to be able to legitimize the need to create a garage cooperative, but this only applies to lawfully established structures, all others should be demolished. Julia Sirotinskiy said that in addition to the fact that the garages are installed with violation of norms, they are not used for other purposes, and in some cases leased. Also, answering a question of a local resident, she said that persons with disabilities 1 and 2 groups having the car hand control can apply to the centre of administrative services, so they donated the land for the garage. At the end of the discussion, the representatives of the city Council and local residents came to a compromise — up to 13 hours on 6 September, the residents must submit documents confirming their registration.
