The Carpathians: local budgets allocate additional financial resources from surplus revenue
During July - Aug 2016 local budgets distributed funds received from surplus in General Fund revenues. In General, the expenditures directed 451,1 million UAH. of which labor costs with charges to workers of budgetary institutions – 55.7 million UAH. or 12.3 per cent., medicines – 7,1 mln. (1.6%.), food – 4.4 million UAH. (1.0 percent), for communal services and energy – 4,8 million UAH. (1.1%.), for capital expenditure – 222,4 mln. (To 49.3 percent.) and other expenses 156,7 million UAH. (34.7 per cent). In particular, in August of this year local budgets of the region are distributed 135,9 mln. of which labor costs with charges to workers of budgetary institutions – 16,9 mln. or 12.4 per cent., medicines – 1.3 million UAH. (1.0 percent), food products – 1.3 million UAH. (1.0 percent), for communal services and energy – 2.3 million UAH. (1.7%.), on capital expenditure of 58.9 mln.
