At the principled position of the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office the budget is paid 50 thousand hryvnias
the Supreme economic court of Ukraine upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which satisfied the claim of the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office in interests of the state to one of the commercial enterprises, which used a plot of land of municipal property with an area of almost 0.6 hectares without legal documents for commercial use, namely, the reconstruction of the petrol point and operation of NGV filling stations. As the head of the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office, Alexander Gutsol, now the decision of the court made in the budget of the city of Vinnytsia received funds in the amount of 50 thousand UAH – losses caused to a legal entity Vinnytsia city Council the result of non-receipt of income during temporary non-use of said land.
