12 school museums of Chernihiv have the title "model Museum"
in accordance with the order of MES of Ukraine of 17 June, three museums with POPS of Chernigov received the title "model Museum." Among them: Museum "History of Leskovice" at school ¹ 4 (head: Olga V. Konoval) Museum of the history of the school at Lyceum ¹ 15 (the head Svetlana Grigor'evna Leshchenko) Museum of Military glory of defenders of the Fatherland at school ¹ 34 (head Viktor V. Trukhan). For significant personal contribution to the formation, the study and preservation of the Museum Fund of Ukraine, popularization of historical and cultural heritage of Chernihiv region the leaders of the museums were awarded diplomas of the Ukrainian state centre of tourism and study of local lore studying youth. The honorary diploma was awarded also Anatoly Varenik – initiator and founder of the Museum "History of Leskovice" at school ¹ 4 cities. For the ceremonial greeting of heads and the diploma about assignment of a rank "Exemplary" in Chernihiv welcomed the Deputy Director on educational work of the Ukrainian state centre of tourism and study of local lore studying youth, member of the Presidium of the National Union of ethnographers of Ukraine and member of the scientific Council of Ukrainian geographical society Dmitry Omelchenko. For 12 museums in General educational establishments of Chernihiv, located in the sphere of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, having the title "model Museum."
