So, for the last seven days the participants of the Government program on energy efficiency are even 10 condominiums, which together attracted about 3.6 million UAH for the implementation of energy efficiency measures. For comparison, last week the amount taken soft loans amounted to about 500 thousand hryvnia. This was announced by the Chairman of the Saee Serhiy Savchuk, commenting on data from the weekly monitoring program. "Thanks to the accession to the implementation of the programme of Government co-financing local programmes, more and more residents began to realize the significant amount of financial aid on the implementation of energy efficiency measures: installation of heat meters, insulation of facades, attics, basements, replacement of Windows for energy saving, modernization of the lighting. For this purpose, the Government provides cash assistance to condominiums in the amount of 40% of the amount of "warm" loan and up to 70%, if the high living recipients of subsidies", – said Sergey Savchuk and added that in some regions the local government provides 30% compensation for the insulation of high-rise buildings.
