In the Rivne region detained a gang of robbers,who openly robbed the drivers of the vehicles
Rivne local Prosecutor's office together with employees of the Rivne regional police Department and criminal investigation Department GU NP in the Rovno area documented criminal activity of a group of individuals who openly stole property from cars whose drivers had stopped for a rest break. According to reports of pre-trial investigation, the attackers had entered the car by breaking the window glass and stole cash, documents and other valuables. Thanks to the law enforcement measures, a group of three guys were arrested after another crime which they had done the night 03.09.2016 near cafe "the Seagull" in the village kornyn on the highway Kyiv-Chop, robbing local residents. The same day, attackers in agreement with Rivne local Prosecutor's office announced on suspicion of committing a crime under part 2 of article 186 UK of Ukraine (open stealing of someone else's property, that is, robbery on preliminary arrangement by group of persons). For a specified criminal offence sanction article provides for punishment of imprisonment for a period of 4 to 6 years.
