In the course of studying the technical condition of about’object of cultural heritage, the monument's archaeological sites of local significance – a settlement of the Chernyakhov culture, located in the territory of one territorial communities Nemirovsky district,’found that an unidentified person illegally occupied and used for agricultural purposes land of historical and cultural significance area of over 15 hectares and land plots of agricultural purpose in areas 52 and almost 30 hectares. On the given fact in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information about criminal offenses under part 2 of article 197-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine and initiated pre-trial investigation.
