Satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of Oblast on return of the state over 660 hectares of land worth UAH 20.7 million in
the Claim of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, declared in interests of the state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration about the return of her land with a total value of UAH 20.7 million satisfied. We are talking about the land of the forest Fund area of over 660 hectares, which Dubno regional state administration transferred in December 2005 to lease to a private enterprise. The results of the proceedings, the economic court of Rivne region came to the conclusion that the Prosecutor's call for the return of land to the reserve lands of the village Council is justified because the lease has not passed appropriate registration in the order determined by the legislation applicable at the time of its conclusion, and therefore, given the land is in the use of private enterprise unnecessarily. Thus, due to response of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region protected the interests of the state in the sphere of land relations and returned to her land worth UAH 20.7 million.
