In the Transcarpathian region on the fact of road accident with participation of the Prosecutor's office in Mukachevo initiated pre-trial investigation
on the Night of 10 September in Mukachevo happened dorozhno-transport incident to participation of the employee of local Prosecutor's office Mukachevo. Currently, the Prosecutor assigned to the investigation of said facts. Simultaneously employees of the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of the Transcarpathian region in the specified materials submitted to the ERDRE, under part 1 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine (violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the person driving the vehicle) and initiated pre-trial investigation. Therefore, the Prosecutor, who is now on vacation, was taken to Mukachevo CDH with a diagnosis of brain contusion and scmt.
