Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region provided reimbursement to the state for unauthorized use of land. Resolution Rivne economic court of appeal satisfied the claim 29.06.2016 head Bershadskii the local Prosecutor's office in the interests of Vinnytsia regional state administration to one of the agricultural communities of the region about collecting of the damage caused by unauthorized occupation of land. For the purpose of compulsory execution of the decision of the court of the state Executive service 15.08.2016 enforcement proceedings, within ten days, the company fully paid to the state damage caused by unauthorized occupation of land in excess of one hundred thousand hryvnia.
