Rivne: 80 requests for information received from bodies of Prosecutor's office of area from the beginning of 2016
To the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region from the beginning of 2016 received 80 enquiries in accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", of which the prosecutors reviewed 70. The information provided 50 information requests; 18 questioner clarified rules of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", denied information on query 2; 8 requests sent for supplies to organize the consideration of the proper stewards of information. The greatest number of requests (56) considered by the office of the Prosecutor of the region. Often capitals information on personnel matters (24) - in particular, the questioner was interested in the declarations and the autobiographical data of the leadership of the regional Prosecutor's office and local Prosecutor's offices, on the issues of pretrial investigation of criminal proceedings, which caused a public outcry and the attention of the public (22 requests).
